Welcome to Prime Express India. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Overview
Prime Express India provides relocation and logistics-related services, including:
- Household shifting
- Office shifting
- Local & domestic relocation
- Packing and loading services
- Transportation support
- Unloading and delivery support
Services may vary depending on city, distance, season, route, and availability.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- Customer provides complete pickup/delivery details
- Quotation is accepted by the customer
- Advance payment (if applicable) is received
- Pickup schedule is finalized
Prime Express India has the right to cancel/hold a booking if required details are not provided.
3. Pricing & Quotation
- The quotation is based on information provided by the customer and/or pre-move survey.
- Final pricing may change if:
- Actual goods quantity differs
- Additional packing is needed
- Stairs/lift issues occur
- Distance/route changes
- Extra manpower is required
- Customer requests additional services
Any additional charges will be informed before execution whenever possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide correct name, contact number and address
- Be present at pickup/delivery location (or authorize a representative)
- Inform us about fragile/valuable items
- Remove personal items from drawers/almirah if required
- Keep originals of important documents, cash, jewelry, laptops etc. with them
Prime Express India is not responsible for loss of valuables kept inside boxes without declaration.
5. Restricted / Prohibited Items
The customer must NOT include:
- Cash, jewelry, valuable papers
- Illegal substances
- Weapons / ammunition
- Explosives, inflammable items, gas cylinders
- Chemicals, corrosive liquids
- Any item restricted by law
If prohibited goods are found, shipment may be refused and legal action may apply.
6. Packing & Handling
- We use professional packing methods to reduce damage risk.
- Some items have natural risk (glass, marble, electronics, antique items).
- If customer insists on “self-packing”, Prime Express India will not be responsible for internal damage.
7. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timeline depends on:
- Distance and route conditions
- Weather, traffic, strikes, government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdown, accidents, road closure
We always aim for timely delivery, but delays in such cases are not considered a breach of service.
8. Damage / Claim Policy
- Customers should inspect goods at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported immediately.
- Claims will be considered only if:
- Service booked was done fully by Prime Express India
- Damage is directly caused during handling/transit
- Claim is submitted within a reasonable time
Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to service value and subject to terms of insurance (if taken).
9. Insurance (If Applicable)
Insurance is optional unless mentioned in writing.
If customer opts for insurance:
- Insurance is provided through third-party insurer
- Claim process will be as per insurer’s rules
- Prime Express India assists but does not guarantee claim approval
10. Cancellation Policy
- Customer can cancel booking before pickup.
- Cancellation charges may apply if vehicle/manpower is already scheduled.
- Same-day cancellations may attract higher charges.
11. Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number/email on our website, you agree that Prime Express India may contact you via:
- Phone Call
- SMS
This communication is strictly for service-related purposes like quotation, scheduling, and updates.
12. Website Usage
Users must not:
- Use website for illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the website
- Copy content/images without permission
13. Changes to Terms
Prime Express India reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated content will be posted on this page.
